VAT Exemption

You may be eligible for VAT relief if you have a disability, long-term illness or a chronic condition and our garments are for your own personal use and you are a resident in the UK. You do not need to be registered disabled or eligible for any other benefit to qualify for VAT-free goods. This is to reduce the cost of the products required due to your disability, long-term illness or chronic condition.

If you are eligible please fill in the below form. We will create you an account with the email address provided. If you already have an account with us you must use this same email address to be eligible to purchase with a VAT exemption. Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and process your filled in VAT Exemption Form. We will notify you by email when your account has been approved for VAT exemption.

Once you have been confirmed as eligible, and your account has been approved, VAT will be deducted from your purchase at checkout.
