Returns
For your peace of mind, If you are not completely satisfied please initiate the return process by calling for a returns reference on 0800 279 2050 or email customersupport@cuiwear.com and send the goods unused, unworn and unwashed with all labels still intact in their original packaging within 28 days for a full refund of the price you paid for each item less the delivery charge. This is in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
CUI International Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any repayment or replacement of any return which is deemed damaged, to have been worn or contaminated (due to health protection and hygiene reasons). CUI International Ltd are not responsible for local duty/tax charges in your local country.
All returns postage charges are deemed payable by the customer unless the product is deemed faulty by CUI International Ltd. You can expect a refund in the same form of the original payment within 14 days of CUI International Ltd receiving the goods back (or proof of return).
If any product returned to CUI International Ltd is lost in transit, this will remain the buyer’s responsibility to claim with the carrier.
Bespoke
Bespoke garments are non-returnable however to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service we can offer if required, one free adjustment to your special order within 28 days from receipt.
CUI International Ltd bespoke made to order garments can take up to four weeks for delivery.
